As Managing Director of The VPS Group in Iberia, Oscar successfully transformed a struggling business into a profitable entity with a notable employee satisfaction rate. Currently serving as Managing Director for Selecta, Europe's leading foodtech service provider, Oscar has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operations management, and organizational growth.
