Ashley Damico

Ashley Damico has a diverse range of experience in merchandising and inventory planning. Ashley is currently the Senior Director of Merchandising at SelectBlinds, where they oversee all merchandise and vendor strategy and manages a team. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Merchandising, where they spearheaded merchandise and vendor strategy and initiated product development to capitalize on trends and opportunities. Before joining SelectBlinds, Ashley worked at Chesapeake Bay Candle as a Merchandising Specialist, coordinating merchandise planning and development. Ashley also has experience at Ulla Popken USA/Popken Fashion Group as an Assistant Merchandise and Inventory Planner, where they led merchandising operations and inventory tracking. Ashley began their career as a Merchandising Intern at Ripken Baseball, where they gained a strong knowledge of retail business financials and performed various merchandising tasks.

Ashley Damico obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from Colorado State University, which was completed from 2006 to 2010. Ashley then pursued further education by attending Imaj Institute from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained an Aesthetic License in the field of Aesthetician/Skin Care Specialist.
