Maxim Tsibulia

Maxim Tsibulia is currently the Team Lead for Selectel's OpenStack Cloud Network and has extensive experience as a backend developer specializing in Python. Previously, they held roles at X5 Retail Group as a Senior Backend Developer and at various companies including broker-market and Политехнический музей, where they contributed to multiple projects involving Django, REST APIs, and database management. Maxim began their career as a network engineer at Спецсвязь ФСО and holds a degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the Академия Федеральной Службы Охраны РФ.
