Taylor Knowles

Taylor Knowles has had a varied and successful career since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Quality Assurance Lead at Peter Pan Seafoods, Inc., where they led a team of 7 international workers and drove forklifts and stacked pallets. In 2010, they became a Corporate Trainer at 10 Inc., where they soared to #6 nationally for new accounts and total revenue, regularly earned the #1 spot in 10-day sales trends, and closed 8 new customers per week for 2-year service contracts. In 2011, Taylor began teaching Business English in Spain, working with clients such as El Pais newspaper, La Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (Spanish Mint), and TeleCinco. Taylor also worked as a Freelance English Teacher at Piccolo Moresco during this time. In 2013, Taylor joined Software Advice as a Sr. Software Advisor, where they generated $1.3M in net new sales and was quickly promoted to Senior Advisor. Taylor also earned a 94% customer satisfaction score and a 93% quality score. In 2015, Taylor joined SelectHub, where they held the roles of Senior Director Operations, Customer Success and Sales, Director of Customer Success, and Sales Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2019, Taylor founded Fine Spanish Wine, the BEST Wine Journal for the Wine Enthusiast.

Taylor Knowles obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Western Washington University between 2005 and 2010. In 2009, Taylor obtained a TESOL/TESL Certificate from Language and Culture Coaching. In 2008, Taylor obtained a Level 1 Backcountry Avalanche Certification from American Alpine Institute Ltd. In 2010, Taylor obtained a Certificate A in Spanish Language and Culture from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
