Every law firm has an AI Visibility Gap — the distance between how often AI could be recommending your firm and how often it actually does. For 73% of established law firms, that gap is near-total: AI never names them, even when general counsels ask directly about their exact practice areas in their own markets.
Right now, a general counsel is typing into ChatGPT: "Who are the best IP litigation firms in Chicago?" They're getting a shortlist. 3 firms, maybe 5. The ones on it get calls. The ones not on it never know what they missed.
ChatGPT is now the 5th most-visited website globally. Gemini handles over 2 billion searches per month. These aren't future buyers — they're your clients, today.
Your Google ranking won't save you. A firm can rank #1 on Google and be completely invisible in AI answers. AI evaluates firms on an entirely different set of signals — structured content, third-party citations, answer-ready pages. Most firms haven't built any of it.
The firms that move now will own the AI shortlist for years. The ones that wait will spend years trying to catch up.
Selectio.ai closes The AI Visibility Gap for law firms. We measure where you stand today, show you where your competitors are being recommended instead of you, and build the strategy that gets you in the answer.
Book a meeting and we'll show you exactly what AI says about your firm right now — and what needs to change.
