SelectionF is the Nordic leadership community designed for those who aim higher.

SelectionF is where top-tier leadership potential becomes visible, valued, and elevated. From masterclasses to matchmaking, we connect ambition with opportunity, and help women rise to top management and board roles.

We bring ambitious leaders together in a space designed for growth where confidence is strengthened, skills are refined, and perspectives are broadened. Here, leadership development is not a course or a moment. It is a commitment to progress, to possibility, and to each other.

Through curated events, advanced learning experiences, and exclusive access to decision-makers, we expand what careers can become.
We build networks that matter connections that support real opportunities and open doors to future boardrooms.

Our mission is clear: to accelerate more women into the roles where direction is set and value is created. Not as a statement, but as a standard. Not someday, but now.

In SelectionF, you gain visibility among peers and industry leaders who recognize potential when they see it. You join conversations that inspire bold thinking and empower confident action. You step into a community where ambition is celebrated, and where your aspirations are taken seriously.
