Emily Pendleton

Emily Pendleton, CIC, AU, AINS, has accumulated significant experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as AVP of Underwriting Quality Assurance at Selective Insurance since July 2013. Emily has also held various roles within the same organization, including Underwriting Technical Specialist, Agency Management Specialist, and Property and Casualty Underwriter. Prior to entering the insurance field, Emily was a Secondary Social Studies Teacher at Guilford County Schools from June 2008 to June 2013. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a Secondary Social Studies Teaching License, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2004 to 2008, and attended Providence High School from 2000 to 2004.
