Florence began their career at Kelly Services France as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on scientific profiles, before moving to Tiller Systems as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. They continued to develop their expertise at Selectra, where they have held various roles since 2018, ultimately positioning themselves as a key figure in improving recruitment processes and managing employee relations. Florence earned a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
