Phil Strazzulla

Phil Strazzulla is the Founder and Head of People at SelectSoftware Reviews, where they help HR professionals find the right software solutions. With a strong background in finance and investment, Phil previously worked as a Technology Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. and as a VC at Bessemer Venture Partners. They also founded NextWave Hire, enhancing employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. Phil served as a Board Member for the Northeast HR Association, supporting the HR community in New England. Phil holds a BS in Finance and International Business from New York University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
