DEBAIGT Romain has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. DEBAIGT began their career as a Vacataire Service Logistique at Toray Carbon Fibers Europe in 2013. DEBAIGT is currently employed at Selency as a Logistics Team Manager and Logistics Specialist.

DEBAIGT Romain obtained a DUT Techniques de Commercialisation from Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux from 2014 to 2016. DEBAIGT then pursued an Ecole Sup\u00e9rieure de Commerce (ESC) Programme Grandes Ecoles (PGE) from 2016 to 2021 at KEDGE Business School, specializing in Supply Chain. In 2021, they completed a Master of Science, MSc ISLI, Global Supply Chain at KEDGE Business School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Excel: Les formules et les fonctions avanc\u00e9es (Microsoft 365/Office 365) and Excel: Les macros from LinkedIn in August 2021.
