Tim Pratte

Tim Pratte is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the human resources outsourcing industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Selerix Systems, Inc. since May 2024, Tim previously held multiple leadership roles at PrismHR, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, where responsibilities encompassed improving operations, customer success, and strategic initiatives for PEOs, ASOs, and HCM service providers. Tim's prior positions include Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Questco Inc., as well as numerous senior leadership roles at Oasis Outsourcing, where Tim focused on optimizing client services, underwriting, and operations. An alumnus of the University of Tampa, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a Master’s in Finance, complemented by a robust career spanning multiple aspects of human resources and operational management.
