Self-Build Zone provides insurance and structural warranty packages for new builds, renovations, extension and conversion projects whether they be DIY home improvement, a new build, or a major renovation.

Self-Build Zone is a trading style of Sennocke International Insurance Services who, in addition to being a general insurance Lloyd’s broker operation based in Sevenoaks, are the scheme administrator for the Build-Zone 10 year warranty product range. This means not only can we protect your project during the build process, but on completion we can offer you competitive quotes for contents, as well as our 10 Year Structural Warranty products.

Building or creating a home, either from scratch or as a conversion or renovation project can be one of the most rewarding challenges of your life. The type of project you are embarking on will invariably involve a significant amount of investment, so ensuring you have the correct level of cover in place is therefore essential.

We have a vast amount of experience in providing the insurance you require and a deep understanding of the types of projects you are likely to undertake, so you can count on us to take care of your needs.

You don’t have to be building your own home yourself to need our products, our product range caters to everyone from developers to individual self-builders.
