Raphael Fix

Raphael Fix is a seasoned data professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Data Engineering at Purpose Brands, LLC since October 2025. Prior to this role, Raphael was a Senior Data Engineer at Orangetheory Fitness from December 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines while mentoring team members. Previously, Raphael worked at Zappos Family of Companies from January 2014 to November 2021 in various roles, including Data Scientist and Data Analyst, focusing on developing statistical models, enhancing inventory management systems, and improving marketing analytics through dashboard creation. Raphael began his career as a Market Research Analyst Intern at Zappos in 2013. Educationally, Raphael holds a MA in Political Science and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Georgia.
