Charlotte's healing journey began after a breakup in her early twenties which was an incredible catalyst for self-growth and transformation. Throughout this time she discovered that she could design the life of her dreams through deep inner work, embodying healthy habits, and rituals whilst showing up daily for the woman she was destined to become. Her work has crossed continents from the bustling streets of London's sold-out Self Love event at the Regents Street L'Occitane Flagship store to sold-out worldwide women's circles in Sydney Australia, 1:1 mentoring sessions & 6-week transformational courses.

Our first sold-out event in collaboration with L’Occitane focussed on
the essence and embodiment of self love and how we can invite more
of it into our daily lives. The night included transformational tips,
activities and an inspiring panel of real women with real stories of their
journey to self love. Not only did our guests leave feeling empowered, but with a newfound zest for their self love journey, a tummy full of delicious organic
foods and new friends. Not to mention, the goodie bag was worth
over £75 full of everything you could need to be that little bit kinder to
