Natalie Webster has been working in the professional world since 2007, when they joined the United States Air Force as a Level 5 Medic. In 2014, they began working as a Property Manager for Alliance Realty. In 2015, they moved on to Iowa Realty, where they worked as a Real Estate Agent. In 2016, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Self-Publishing School. In 2017, they worked as an Operations Manager for Priority Experts and a Community Manager for SteveNapolitan.com. In 2018, they were a Digital Office Manager for Celerity Consulting Group LLC and a Digital Marketing Manager for #INVESTTHIS Podcast and HBSB Holdings.

Natalie Webster received their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Upper Iowa University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate's Degree in Arts from Des Moines Area Community College in 2012. Additionally, Natalie obtained their Real Estate License Iowa from DMARR in May 2015, Series 6 Certification in February 2013, and their EMT-B in June 2007.
