Self Space is a counseling and wellness center in Seattle. Taking care of yourself includes more than just going to the gym, eating well and taking your vitamins. We believe that mental health should also be a regular part of your wellness routine and at Self Space, we focus on connecting your mind and your body. We offer an approach to healing that is different than what you may expect. 

We provide a space for you to pause to be present, to be mindful, and to be heard. We help you learn how to feel more calm, capable, and free to love and be loved.
