Maria Kopp

Maria Kopp has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to HR and people management. Maria is currently the Head of People and Culture at Selfapy, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim Head of Psychological Guidance at Selfapy from December 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Selfapy, Maria was the Head of People and Culture at OptioPay Group from March 2017 to July 2021. Maria also worked as the Head of Human Resources at orderbird AG from October 2014 to February 2017, where they contributed to the growth and success of the startup in Germany, Austria, and France.

Earlier in their career, Maria held positions such as HR-Manager at Mobile Event Guide from November 2012 to October 2014, and as a Consultant at Kienbaum from August 2011 to August 2012. Maria gained valuable experience as a Student Assistant at Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf and as a Graduand and Intern at Vattenfall.

Maria's experience spans various industries, including technology startups and consulting. Maria has demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruiting, HR controlling, talent management, and leadership development.

Maria Kopp obtained their Diploma in Psychology from the University of Hamburg between the years 2005 and 2011.
