Harris Irfan

Harris Irfan has worked in the software engineering field since 2017. In that year, they began working as a React Native Developer at Nukkta. In 2018, they moved to i2c Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked with multi-threading, batch processing and concurrency control in Java, as well as with MySQL and Informix based Database Management Systems. Harris also gained experience with QTP/UFT tool for test automation, agile methodologies and tools, and Apache Subversion (SVN). In 2019, they moved to Arbisoft as a Senior Software Engineer and Release Manager, where they worked on the Open edx platform mainly in Python - Django framework (Full stack) for web development and partly worked with Django Rest Framework. For frontend, they worked on Django and Mako templates, alongside Javascript. Currently, they are working as a Backend Developer at SelfDecode.

Harris Irfan obtained their O-Level from KIMS in Sciences, followed by an A-Level from Beaconhouse Newlands in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Harris then earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2018. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Coursera and Udemy in Data Science and Python, most recently in May of 2022.
