Tamás P.

Tamás P. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tamás is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Fiberty OÜ, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Researcher at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, where they focused on research and education in the Department of Electronics. Tamás also worked as a Medical Device Engineer at Selfdiagnostics, where they were responsible for the research and development of a novel non-instrumented nucleic acid amplification test. Tamás successfully defended their PhD thesis based on this work. Additionally, Tamás has experience as a Visiting Researcher at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where they conducted research on the biomedical applications of electrospun nanofibers. Tamás also worked as an Intern at MTA TTK Műszaki Fizikai és Anyagtudományi Intézet, where they designed a 2D digital microfluidic droplet actuator chip. Tamás has also worked as an Application Engineer at HRX Central Europe Kft., where they programmed and deployed liquid handling systems. Tamás had a brief internship at ChemAxon Kft. Overall, Tamás has shown expertise in research, engineering, and management roles.

Tamás P. began their education in 2008 at Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Bionics. Tamás completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended the same institution and earned a Master's Degree in Info-Bionics Engineering. Afterward, they enrolled at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from 2014 to 2018.
