Hank Brigham is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently, as the Engineering Team Lead at SELF ID, Inc. since June 2025, Hank oversees product and engineering efforts, manages a global team, and drives the organization’s product vision using agile methodologies. Previously at Element and SCINET, Hank successfully managed complex projects, developed scalable APIs, and led teams in architectural discussions and implementations, while also contributing to fundraising and budgeting processes. Additional experiences include CTO roles that emphasize product delivery and mentoring, as well as a proficiency in blockchain technologies and Cloud services. Hank holds a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a Graduate program in Full Stack Web Development from CodeCraft School of Technology.
