Lucy Sanders

Lucy Sanders is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Selfridges since July 2019. Prior to this role, Lucy held various HR positions at Victoria Beckham, including Head of HR and HR Manager, and briefly worked as an HR Project Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN. Lucy's career in HR began at Burberry, where Lucy progressed from HR Administrator to Continuous Improvement Manager - HR over a span of nearly six years. Earlier experience includes roles as a Resourcer at Hudson Cooper Professional People and Electus Recruitment Solutions, as well as an Office Administrator at Trader Media Group. Lucy holds a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, earned between 2003 and 2006.
