Will Townsend

Will Townsend currently serves as Head of Product for Digital, Stores, and Fulfilment at Selfridges, having held this position since June 2022. Prior to this role, Will was Head of Product for Payments and Stores at Selfridges and Lead Product Manager for Payments and Fraud Prevention at Tesco from November 2019 to June 2022, overseeing payment processing for over £45 billion in revenue annually. Will's experience also includes a tenure at Sainsbury's Digital, Tech and Data as Lead Product Manager for Payments and Fraud, managing systems that processed £4 billion in revenue, and previous roles at Tesco PLC where responsibilities included managing in-store payment kiosks and ecommerce trading with a P&L responsibility of over £20 million. Will holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Business & Finance from the University of Brighton.
