Dr. Amy Vigliotti is a seasoned clinical psychologist with more than two decades of experience and the founder of SelfWorks, a flourishing group private practice based in New York City. Grounded in the belief that everyone has untapped inner strengths, Amy created SelfWorks to help people move from simply surviving to truly thriving. Her team provides personalized, culturally responsive therapy across a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, ERP, psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness training.

What sets Amy apart is her forward-thinking approach to mental wellness. She views therapy not as a last resort but as a proactive investment: like a vitamin for emotional resilience, clarity, and purpose. This philosophy underpins everything at SelfWorks from individual care to workplace offerings.

In response to the rising demand for mental health support in high-pressure environments, SelfWorks offers expert-led workshops, webinars, and consulting to professionals and leadership teams. Whether in the therapy room or the boardroom, Amy and her SelfWorks team are helping individuals and organizations grow meaningfully with intention and dedicated support.

SelfWorks’ mission is clear: to make emotional wellness a foundational pillar of sustainable success in life, love, work and leadership.
