The Selking Performance Group emphasizes the power of Mindset and Leadership to drive lasting change in individual lives, on athletic teams, in businesses, and throughout organizations. A general systems approach highlights our belief that everything within a system of operation – within one’s life, team, or organization – is connected, and should therefore be considered when seeking sustainable performance excellence. This enables us to take a dynamic and individualized approach with each of our clients, while maintaining the overall mission of “Building Championship Mindsets.”

From the LockerRoom to the BoardRoom, the Selking Performance Group provides keynote speaking, training facilitation, team or business consulting, and individual or group coaching. Clients have worked with us to help clarify vision and goals, develop championship-level team cultures, drive team alignment, and ultimately, achieve performance excellence in a holistic manner.

When cutting edge teams or organizations seek the very best in terms of high-performance, we have found that a top-down, bottom-up, and culturally-relevant approach is the most effective in achieving results. Such an approach requires top-down leadership buy-in to mold the overall culture, system, and processes that help facilitate high performance; bottom-up Mindset and Leadership training of individuals within that system, which equips them to deliver their best on a more consistent basis; and culturally-relevant materials, language, and applications that resonate deeply with where the individual or team is, and where they want to go.

Designed to reflect brain waves on an EEG and the power of the mind, our logo symbolizes the achieved state of optimal performance through intentional development of self and systems. The Selking Performance Group helps individuals, teams, and organizations Build Championship Mindsets that align and synergize people, purpose, and systems to achieve performance excellence.
