Clare Bone

Clare Bone has extensive experience in behavioral science and human resource management, currently serving as a Behavioural Insight Advisor at Sellafield Ltd since September 2000. In this role, Clare utilizes insights from psychology and economics to facilitate decision-making and promote positive behavioral changes within the organization. Previous positions at Sellafield include Graduate and Degree Apprentice Manager, Graduate Development Lead, and Human Resources Advisor, where Clare contributed to the governance and development of various graduate trainee programs and organizational design. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Researcher at Dumfries & Galloway College and Fresh Food Supervisor at Iceland Foods. Clare holds a BA in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of Paisley, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
