Duncan Leeks

Duncan Leeks has extensive experience in project controls and governance, with a notable tenure at Sellafield Ltd from 2008 to 2010. They established improved working practices as the Head of Estimating and Cost Engineering and implemented a Change Control process during the formation of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. As the Head of Project Controls Governance and Assurance, Duncan identified simplified structures for Project Controls and managed their implementation for future contracts. They also held roles at BNFL from 2000 to 2003, contributing as a Lead Estimator and Senior Estimator across various markets.
