Jenny Bateman

Jenny Bateman is a criticality safety assessor at Sellafield Ltd since November 2020, following a role as a safety cases graduate within the same company. Prior to Sellafield Ltd, Jenny served as Vice President of The Birmingham Energy Society, where leadership skills were developed through a year as Event Organiser. Jenny's early career included a customer assistant position at Tesco, along with summer work experience in nuclear research at the University of Birmingham and a teaching internship at The Stourport High School & VIth Form College. Jenny holds an Msci degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham, completed between 2016 and 2020, and has A-Levels from King Edward VI Sixth Form College and GCSEs from Holy Trinity School.
