Jo Telfer

Jo Telfer is an experienced professional in organizational behavior and change management, currently serving as Head of Behavioural Insight at Sellafield Ltd since October 2019. Telfer holds prominent roles as an Honorary Teaching Fellow and Organisational Change Agent at Lancaster University Management School. Previous experience includes serving as Change Agent at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and multiple leadership positions at Sellafield Ltd, including Head of Organisational Development and Head of Transformation. Telfer's educational background features advanced degrees from Lancaster University, including a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, a Master’s in Organisational Transformation with distinction, and a BA Hons in Organizational Psychology with first-class honors, alongside a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
