John Millington has over three decades of experience in estimating and project services within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Estimating at Sellafield Ltd since 2014, John has held a managerial role at Jacobs since 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing project services. Prior to joining Jacobs, John held the position of Manager of Project Services at Jacobs from 1997 to 2014, following a tenure as Estimating Manager at Laing Industrial Engineering & Construction from 1990 to 1997.
