Mark Pennington

Mark Pennington, ChPP, RPP, MAPM, has an extensive career in project management and engineering, with more than 27 years of experience in the nuclear sector. Currently serving as the Head of MSSS Projects at Sellafield Ltd since September 1996, Mark has also held positions such as Head of Legacy Ponds Projects, Head of Categorised Projects, and Senior Project Manager for both Asset Restoration and Decommissioning. Prior to his tenure at Sellafield, Mark worked at British Nuclear Fuels Limited as a Mechanical Apprentice. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and multiple engineering diplomas and certificates from West Cumbria College.
