Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor possesses a diverse professional background with experience in various roles within the engineering, hospitality, and care sectors. Initially working as a Waiter/Barman at Best Western International, Mark transitioned to Northcare Ltd. as a Care Assistant, focusing on providing support to residents with dementia. Mark’s engineering expertise was developed at Sellafield Ltd, serving as a System Engineer and later as Engineering Authority for critical operations within a nuclear facility. Mark currently holds the position of Plant Engineering Manager at Sellafield Ltd. Additionally, Mark has contributed to educational outreach as a STEM Ambassador, encouraging young scientists and engineers. Mark holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde.
