Philip Aspden

Philip Aspden possesses extensive experience in project and program management within high-stakes environments. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Governance and Change at Sellafield Ltd, Philip leads complex change initiatives aimed at enhancing enterprise portfolio outcomes. Prior roles at BAE Systems included overseeing the transformation of the Glasgow Shipyards and leading security transformation efforts across the organization. Additional project management experience includes significant contributions to major construction and refurbishment projects for various institutions, including Lancaster University and Public Health England. Philip holds multiple degrees in Building Surveying and Project Management and has achieved MRICS accreditation.
