Previously, they held various roles, including Procurement Lead at Sellafield Ltd and Principal Quantity Surveyor at Peel Ports Group, where they managed a range of pre and post-contract services. Tim's career spans significant positions in reputable firms such as Gleeds and Faithful+Gould, where they developed expertise in estimating, contract administration, and project management. Tim holds a BA in Construction Management & Technology from Liverpool University and has delivered a guest lecture on civil engineering measurement at Salford University.
