Tracey West

Tracey West is an experienced social impact manager currently delivering a multi-million-pound social impact programme in collaboration with supply chain and community partners. As a Director at T W West Ltd and West Coast Group, they manage agricultural contracting and recycling services while also producing renewable energy. Tracey previously worked as a Senior Social Impact Manager at Sellafield Ltd, where they focused on maximizing social value through coordinated efforts. They hold a first-class honours degree in Business Management from Northumbria University and are a member of Social Value International.
