Kyle Benjamin Reem is a Process Engineer at Selmet Inc since June 2022, where responsibilities include characterization and improvement of investment casting prime-dip slurry and executing root cause analyses to resolve significant process issues. Previously, Kyle served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University's Goulas Lab from January 2020 to June 2022, focusing on designing, running, and analyzing yield-maximizing experiments utilizing gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. Additionally, Kyle worked as a Process Engineering Intern at Siltronic AG from March 2021 to August 2021, analyzing data to identify improvements in silicon wafer manufacturing and developing a new process that achieved a 1% yield improvement. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University, earned in June 2022.
