Currently serving as Development Engineer and CPD Manager at Selmet since June 1997, Steve designs tooling and provides technical instructions for the Titanium Lost Wax Investment Casting Process, focusing on "just in time" techniques for military and commercial engine programs. Previous roles include Plant Manager at a titanium foundry in Dalian, China, where oversight of business development and production occurred, and various positions at Selmet, including Dimensional Leadperson, Development Engineer, and Commercial Products Manager, where significant growth in golf club manufacturing was achieved. Earlier experience at REM Metals Corporation involved leadperson responsibilities across multiple departments and quality inspection roles.
