Steve Winans is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning several decades in the titanium casting and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Development Engineer and CPD Manager at Selmet since June 1997, Steve designs tooling and provides technical instructions for the Titanium Lost Wax Investment Casting Process, focusing on "just in time" techniques for military and commercial engine programs.
