Alexander Stoecker

Alexander Stoecker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alexander began their career as an Intern in the Strategy Department at Daimler AG in 2011. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of an Inhouse Lean Consultant at the same company until 2016.

Stoecker then joined Hafele Berlin GmbH & Co KG in 2016 and held various positions within the company. Alexander started as a Team Leader for Process Optimization and later became the Division Manager for Thermal Production. From July 2019 to March 2020, Stoecker served as the Head of Production at Hafele Berlin.

In 2020, Stoecker joined Selux Lighting as the Plant Manager and Head of Supply Chain. Alexander currently holds the role of Managing Director / COO of Selux Group, starting in June 2023.

Throughout their career, Stoecker has gained extensive experience in lean consulting, strategy, production management, and supply chain management.

Alexander Stoecker attended Technische Universität Berlin from 2004 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. In 2010-2011, they were a research scholar for their diploma thesis in Information Security Economics at Stevens Institute of Technology. Alexander also participated in a Business Summer School at Tongji University in 2009 and was an Erasmus Scholar at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2008-2009. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in 2020, Six Sigma Black Belt from SIGMAPRO in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V. in 2016, Lean Consultant and Six Sigma Green Belt from Daimler AG in 2015, and Lean Advisor from Knowledge Foundation @ Reutlingen University in 2013.
