Selzer Realty was founded in Ukiah, CA on October 1, 1976 by present Owner/Broker Richard Paul Selzer, and joined the Realty World franchise in 1995.  

Our agency started small, but with a strong commitment to service and integrity, we have prospered and grown.  Today, with more than 40 agents, Selzer Realty & Associates RE/MAX Gold is the dominant real estate company serving inland Mendocino and Lake Counties from our main office in Ukiah as well as our Willits and Laytonville Offices.
