Stephen Rowe

Stephen Rowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and growth within the field of geographic information sciences. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at SEM Ltd since September 2014, Rowe has held significant roles including Manager of Eastern Operations at Integrated Informatics Inc. and Eastern Service Director for Information Management at Stantec. Prior positions include GIS Team Leader at Jacques Whitford and GIS/Remote Sensing Analyst at Seisland Surveys. Rowe began a career in the GIS sector as a technician with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and Parks Canada. Educationally, Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Memorial University and a Master's degree in Geographic Information Sciences from the University of Calgary.
