Jason Ewing

Jason Ewing is the current General Manager of Codebase Solutions at Sema. Jason has been in this position since July of 2018. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Engagement Services at Bazaarvoice from October 2017 to July 2018. Jason has also held the position of Director of Delivery Services at PeopleAdmin from March 2005 to September 2017.

In their role as Director of Delivery Services, Jason was responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of over $8M in implementations across multiple product lines. Jason ensured operational effectiveness through metrics, data analysis and contact with the customer base. Jason's focus on customer satisfaction helped to build a strong foundation for the success of customers. Jason provided analysis and information to establish initial customer health.

Some of Jason's selected accomplishments include increasing customer satisfaction with implementations from an average of 6.4 to 9.2, revamping Implementation processes and methodology to increase on-budget delivery by 30% and decrease delivery time by 50%, developing metrics for utilization, revenue and duration of delivery processes, successfully integrating newly acquired product lines and team members into proven successful delivery model, collaborating with Director of Customer Engagement to establish key points of information customer health, and developing and training sales on consistent messaging for implementations and ensuring message was consistent with full life span of customer.

Jason's experience in management and customer service make him an excellent General Manager of Codebase Solutions at Sema. Jason is able to utilize their skills and knowledge to help Codebase Solutions run smoothly and provide quality service to their clients.

Jason Ewing has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Texas A&M University.
