Tready Smith is the CEO and Founder of Bayshore Capital, a private investment advisory firm specializing in alternative asset classes and niche strategies. With over 15 years of experience in both traditional and alternative investments, they lead the firm's strategic vision and are a member of the investment committee. Tready has served on the boards of various organizations, including USA Rare Earth and Semantic AI, and previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
