Michael Atkin

Michael Atkin currently serves as an Advocate at Semantic Arts, Inc., focusing on the implementation of semantic technology and data-centric solutions since October 2023. As Managing Director of Content Strategies LLC since April 2019, Michael provides advisory services on content strategy and governance, and is a co-founder of the Enterprise Knowledge Graph Foundation. Michael has also held the position of Director at the Enterprise Knowledge Graph Foundation since May 2020. Previously, Michael was a Faculty Instructor at Columbia University from August 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included designing and teaching a course on data management. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at agnos.ai and Managing Director at the EDM Council, an organization established to promote data management as a critical business function. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Maryland.
