Andy Jackson

Andy Jackson has worked in the technology and healthcare industries since 1996. Andy began their career at the American Red Cross as a Client Services Coordinator and was later promoted to Supervisor Client Services. In 2005, they transitioned to The University of Maryland Medical System as a Clinical Laboratory Systems Specialist. In 2008, they joined Inovalon, Inc. as a Senior Manager, IT Operations, and was later promoted to Senior Manager, Product Development and then Director, Product Owner. Since 2017, they have been a Product Manager at SemanticBits. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing product vision, documenting and refining business requirements, and working with multiple, distributed development teams to deliver valuable, timely software solutions. Andy has also been involved in transforming organizations from Waterfall-based development to Agile methodologies and has managed data operations and database maintenance for enterprise applications.

Andy Jackson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1987 and 1995. Andy also earned a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
