Edmond Mulaire has over 20 years of experience in project management and product development. Edmond began their career in 1999 as a Project Manager for Sage Software. In 2001, they moved to Bombardier (Skyjet Division) as the Director of Product Development. In 2003, they joined Oracle as a Project Director/Project Manager. In 2005, they transitioned to Serco as a Project Director. In 2006, they joined SemanticBits, LLC as the VP of Project Management, where they were responsible for developing Adverse Events Reporting, Patient Registration, and Study Calendar applications for the National Cancer Institute in partnership with Duke University and Northwestern University. Most recently, in 2022, they joined ICF as the VP of Digital Services.
Edmond Mulaire obtained a B.A. in Philosophy and Computer Science from Hampshire College between 1981 and 1986. Edmond then went on to receive a Ph.D. in Philosophy from UC San Diego between 1987 and 1996.
