Gwladys M has over four years of work experience. Gwladys worked at gicom from 2016 to 2019 as a Linux Administrator, where they installed and configured RedHat Linux, Solaris operating systems, managed user accounts and groups on Solaris/Linux and NT/2000 servers, and configured Samba server for interconnectivity between Windows/Linux operating systems. Gwladys worked as an AWS Engineer at Capital One from 2019 to 2020 and was responsible for designing, implementing, and operational support for Cloud-based infrastructure solutions, managing AWS infrastructure with orchestration tools such as CFT, Terraform, and Jenkins Pipeline, creating VPCs, subnets, NAT gateways, and scripts to automate deployment and configuration of various data lake components on AWS. Since 2020, they have been working as an AWS DevOps Engineer at SemanticBits, now part of ICF. Their responsibilities include hands-on activities involving various AWS services, writing terraform scripts from scratch, creating a Jenkins pipeline for deployment using Ansible, and leveraging Terraform modules to create various resources in clients' AWS environments such as dev, test, and prod.
In 2022, Gwladys M began their pursuit of a Master's degree in Cloud Computing System at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Gwladys completed their studies in 2023 at the same institution.
