Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since 2025, Lynette provides strategic oversight of the Group’s legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial affairs. Previously, they held significant roles at Cargill as General Counsel for Asia Pacific, at Hilton as Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, and at IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group as Regional Counsel. Lynette is an accredited Board Director and has been recognized for their contributions to in-house legal practice and gender equality.
