Jimmy Birle

James (Jimmy) Birle provides operational and research support at SEMCAP within the Seminal SaaS team. Jimmy's main functions include: equity research (collecting data on market share, pricing, quarterly reports), writing investment reports (both short updates and longer thought pieces), building models and valuations; and determining market sentiment.

Prior to joining SEMCAP, Jimmy worked as an Investment Summer Analyst for New Vernon Capital where he was responsible for researching and identifying new investment opportunities in the Indian IT sector. Jimmy also spent time working at River Birch Capital, focusing on investments in distressed assets and high yield securities. Jimmy holds a B.B.A. in Finance & Accounting from the Villanova School of Business.
