Kirk Morgan

Kirk has over thirty years of finance, accounting, treasury and investor relations experience as a public company financial executive in the investment management and SAAS industries.

Kirk was the Chief Financial and Accounting Officer of Actua (formerly ICG/Internet Capital Group), a NASDAQ listed investment company focused on the SAAS industry. He joined Internet Capital Group in 1999 and helped lead the finance team through its Initial Public Offering and SOX implementation. As CFO for 15 years, Kirk was responsible for all finance, treasury, SEC/other regulatory matters and leading an international investor relations effort. Kirk began his career in the audit practice of PwC in Boston and Philadelphia.

Kirk received his BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University in 1989 where he was a member of the University Scholars Program. Kirk is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
