Lindsey Watson

Lindsey Watson is a passionate advocate for transformation of the US healthcare system. She has over 15 years of experience in healthcare spanning a diversity of verticals and functions, ranging from payors to providers and network to corporate venture capital.

Prior to joining Seminal Healthcare, Lindsey spent 10 years at Anthem. Most recently, she led Anthem’s National Network Optimization division where she had responsibility for consulting directly with some of the nation’s largest healthcare purchasers on network and value-based strategies and led the development of new national network programs such as the Blue High-Performance Network. In this endeavor, Lindsey was instrumental in influencing the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and other Blue Plans on strategy, execution and go-to-market efforts to successfully deliver a national solution for clients. Prior Anthem roles included product (where she had responsibility for the identification and execution of a multimillion-dollar portfolio of new commercial products), leadership of Anthem’s Private Exchange strategy, corporate strategy, and corporate venture capital. Prior to Anthem, Lindsey was a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow at Hospital for Special Surgery, the nation’s #1 ranked orthopedics hospital. Lindsey began her career at Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income where she was a High Yield Research Analyst covering a range of healthcare companies.
