Mark Miller

Mark Miller is a Healthcare and Services investor and operator with over 15 years in venture capital & private equity, operations, mergers & acquisitions, strategy, and corporate development.

Mark joined Seminal Healthcare from Susquehanna Private Capital, where he led the firm’s healthcare services investment efforts and played an integral role in building and mentoring the firm’s investment team and developing its investment strategy. Prior to joining Susquehanna, Mark was an investor at Huron Capital, a private equity firm based in Detroit, and Glencoe Capital, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Mark began his career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Having served on the boards of 10 companies, Mark has empowered entrepreneurs and operators in a wide range of industries and has supported growth strategies though majority, minority, and growth equity investment structures. Mark is particularly interested in supporting the growth of businesses that solve critical “pain points” for patients, payors, and providers in the healthcare industry.
